GMP Kaisar Services Sdn Bhd was awarded the foreign workers out-sourcing licence by the Ministry of Home Affairs on the 12th October 2005.  Our licence number is 637/1-4/19/003. Please refer to our attached copy.

The Concept of Foreign Workers Out-Sourcing Licence

The Government has always constantly take great effort in providing Malaysians working opportunities and participation in the economy of the country. The emphasis of local manpower participation in increasing the national productivity is always a priority.

However, with the consistent growth of the country’s economy, the needs of foreign workers manpower can not be denied. Therefore national policy on employment of foreign worker is suited to the requirement of the country.

Hence, the Foreign Workers Out-Sourcing Licence was awarded. By doing so, the Government enhanced its policy of control and monitor of foreign workers and their respective employers.

GMP Kaisar Services Sdn Bhd is such a licence holder and we are the Third private entity to be awarded.

Our Responsibilities

As a licensed Foreign Workers Out-Sourcing, our general scope of responsibilities is:

To recruit and manage foreign workers manpower on behalf of employers;

To process and submit proper documentation to Immigration of Malaysia for approval of the temporary employment of foreign workers;

To abide to the terms and conditions set forth by the Ministry of Home Affairs for Foreign Workers Out-Sourcing licence holders;

To monitor the foreign workers welfare while under employment;

To ensure Employer is obligated to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Employment Contract and Employment Act 1955;
